No, I do not recommend this product
These have been my go to running shirts for several years but I will be looking for another shirt going forward. They changed the fit on this years model, the overall fit is now larger and the hem about 3" longer than shirts from previous years. These used to be the only short sleeve running shirts I could find that were not ridiculously long but that is no longer the case. In the pic both shirts are a size small

This is a great lightweight t-shirt for warm weather hiking. It is a bit thinner than the Capilene Cool Trail shirt, so I like it for hot summer hikes.
