Teva  Original Universal Slim Sandals - Women's

I bought these for my daughter who goes to the beach a lot where she lives in Virginia. She picked the yellow color because she wanted something different, it was not a color she would see a lot of. The sandals came a day before she and her family went for a day trip to the beach and she loved them! They were a great replacement from flip flops and held up very well at the beach!

Haven't taken them off since they arrived, except to sleep. I wanted sandals I could wade into a pebble-bottomed lake with but also look stylish just walking around, and these fit the bill perfectly. The yellow color is funky-cheerful-cheeky. I'm between a size 8 and 8.5 (38 or 39 European, low-volume foot), and the size 8 sandal fits me perfectly. I also like that the sole is flexible - it bends with each step, giving some of the same benefits as a barefoot shoe while still offering some cushioning underfoot. Not as squishy as a running shoe, but still reasonably cushy. I wouldn't try hiking up a mountain in them, but that's not what they're for.

I picked up a pair of Tevas for the summer season, and I couldn’t be happier. What really stands out is the design: the thin straps give a more refined, elegant look than other bulky sandals, and they pair just as easily with shorts as they do with casual dresses. I went with a bright color this time (which is bold for me!), and I’m so glad I did—it adds a fun, vibrant pop to every outfit and always gets compliments. They’re surprisingly lightweight, but still supportive. After hours of walking on pavement, my feet feel great. The footbed is soft but grippy, and I appreciate how easy they are to adjust for the perfect fit. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable sandal that’s built for summer movement without sacrificing looks, these are it. Tevas hit the perfect balance of form and function—and they’ve definitely earned a spot in my daily lineup.

The other reviews were good, talking about comfort and style. They neglected to mention the hundreds of bumps in the footbed that cut into the sole of your foot making each step more and more uncomfortable. Nor did they mention that the straps are plastic and very scratchy. You, you can adjust them around the toes and the heels, but that just pulls the scratchy strap closer to your foot. If your feet are at all sensitive, these are not the shoes for you.

Great color and the small straps are perfect for my small feet. I had been thinking about getting some Teva‘s and saw these ones so I thought I would give them a chance. The color really pops and they are perfect for boating and canoeing and everything I need to do in the outdoors. I have had Teva‘s in the past, but I really didn’t like the thick straps. I’m really happy with these so far!

So disappointing, nothing like my original Tevas from years ago. Teva has dispensed with the heel strap being adjustable which means my foot doesn't sit quite forward enough on the footbed. Also the metal rings connecting the straps rub on my feet. Additionally the thin straps are not very comfortable (they rub on my feet, especially my little toes, which might alleviated if I could adjust the heel strap), but there's no point in trying the similar style that has thick straps because the heel strap is not adjustable on those either. These are basically expensive poorly-made flip flops with an ankle strap and a (loose) heel strap. Bummed because I've liked past Tevas because they don't have aggressive arch support (which my feet are better without) and zero drop. But I'm off to find a different brand now. Not sure If I'll return these or try putting moleskin where the metal rings are and on the back of the strap to tighten.

Bought these as a casual/minimal movement sandal, but they've held up for cycling and long walks more than I expected! The fit is good (I'm a wide 7.5 usually and ordered the 7s), and the straps don't rub or pinch. They get rocks in them, but...they're sandals. Just bought a second pair in a different color during the Labor Day sale!

Simple and stylish with fun colors! Using for a longer camping trip and they have served well on short hikes and for swimming.

this is my fave new sandal, just like the universal but looks a smidge more elegant. i call them my dressy Tevas

Love these! They are lite weight and very comfortable. The color is perfect for traveling when I go to Asia.
