not worth the money
No, I do not recommend this product
I bought these to replace an old pair Merrill’s as my everyday. To be honest the look and design caught my eye. First off they run extremely wide. The footbed inside is very soft and uneven. I can’t get a snug secure feeling. Less than a year the stitching is unraveling on the toe. They do have a nice vibrant soft sole on them. And they look good. Cool color options. Don’t pay more than $65-80.

If you have narrow, flat feet...
This is a just-out-of-the-box review. I have narrow, flat feet. After inserting my usual needed insoles, these Teva's fit great. Room in the toe box, just enough arch, and lace up tight enough for no slippage. Hopefully the boots will perform well on the trail too.

Yes , I recommend this product
Having flat wide flintstone feet makes finding the right fit in hiking boots a nightmare. Many brands feel good at first only to reveal their toebox imperfections during a trial run. By some miracle these fit straight out of the box and despite my initial hesitation did not need weeks of breaking in. Only qualm is the waterproofing interior sleeve which makes your feet a bit swampy after nine hours on your feet - but am happy to trade that for nary a blister in sight!

Good walking around boots
These are comfortable like the sandals. They have plenty of room for toes to breathe without being cramped. The flat footbed is good for everyday walking and light hiking on flat terrain. Heel needs to be raised for hiking on inclines. There are orange fabric loops holding the laces at the top - not sure how long they will last with regular tightening - the fabric also prevents tightening for a snug fit - poor design. A promising first version of boots from Teva.
