Perfect for trails and pavement
These shoes were a perfect fit and needed no break in right out of the box. They're the most comfortable hiking shoe I've ever worn. I got these after developing a nasty stone bruise on the ball of my left foot, and they immediately made a difference. I've worn them for around 100 miles. I have only used them in dry conditions on well groomed and some paved trails, as well as sandy and rocky beaches. They have great traction while descending packed dirt with light loose sand/dust and odd surfaces like driftwood. You definitely sacrifice some feel for the comfort, but I have so far had no issues with trips or footing. Zero foot fatigue is worth it to me. I understand where the company gets its name. It's like walking on clouds

Comfortable and good looking shoes
Yes , I recommend this product
Very comfortable and great looking shoe in the olive/chalk color. I avoided the waterproof version because (1) waterproof shoes usually run warmer and (2) I don’t really need the waterproof option. I sprayed the shoes with NikWax and I’m hoping that will be enough to keep my feet dry in the rain. If you’re planning on crossing creeks on your daily stroll, you may want to spring for the waterproof version.

Good looking and feeling shoe. I haven’t worn them too much yet, but they feel great and look great. I’m a size 13 and they fit well, maybe a bit wide.
