The Aero Glide 3 was my favorite daily trainer of 2025 (indeed, my favorite of all time) and the latest update doesn't disappoint. As a devoted fan of the 3, I was pleased to learn that this would be an upper update only. The midsole foam in this shoe is simply unparalleled for daily use, and is ideal for long runs up to 20 miles and beyond. The new upper is also relatively similar to the 3, but has slightly improved lockdown and a more secure fit—without being too snug or narrow. My only complaint is the lack of creative colorways (so far). I loved my Aero Glide 3 proto pack!

The shoes are very comfortable, but there is a patch of peeling paint on the toe.

I have been loyal to the Aero glide in the last few years. My favorite running shoe for warm weather. I was always a 10.5 US in prior models and had no problems. The Aero glide 4 size 10.5 US proved to be tight for me, I could only use it for 2 runs. I just ordered the size US 11. Still my favorite, and go-to, running shoe for regular training.

These feel noticeably more comfortable and bouncy for daily wear compared to the AERO GLIDE 4. Cushioning feels softer and more responsive underfoot, making them great for all-day training and casual runs. If you liked the Glide 3, you’ll appreciate the extra energy return and plush feel in this update.

Max cushion, little snug.

Super comfortable shoe with max cushioning and a smooth rocker feel during the run. The forefoot fits on the snug side, but once laced up, the lockdown is excellent—no slipping or movement at all. Overall a great shoe, though I do wish the forefoot had a bit more width.

When a shoe comes out and it's what you always want to wear it's an absolute winner. Soft yet responsive, updated upper is a Banger, great heel support and lock down, STABLE. Long run, run, recovery, and even some mid paced longer runs at the 6:30 pace range.
