Dripless In Washington
Was in need of a new travel mugs to replace a larger mug after having switched from drip to home espresso machine a couple years ago. Previous travel mugs were too large for lattes and such. As an owner of numerous Yeti products (multiple coolers and drink wear) I ordered a couple of the Yeti 8 oz ceramic lined stackable cups for the wife and I. Perfect for sipping a latte while on the road. The ceramic lining keeps the drink nice and warm. Fits perfectly in truck cup holder. Build of the cups are solid and will give many years of service. Also, the cups do not take up much space in cupboard when not in use which is perfect to keep less clutter in life.
Good quality, poor finish
It’s beautiful, perfect size at hand, good materials but the lid is not practical, it leaks. Not sure if that is because it’s too small!
Just as advertised
Don’t blame Yeti—or the cup—for people who can’t tell the difference between 8oz and 16oz. The product description and size comparison photos make it clear: this cup is intentionally small. That’s the point. It fits perfectly under an espresso machine for a double shot, stacks neatly with my other 6oz espresso cups, and even shares a lid with them. It’s not designed for mixed drinks or to quench thirsts—it’s designed for sipping, for enjoying the finer things in smaller quantities. The size makes it comfortable in the hand, ideal for a long pour from a Yeti flask, and practical when the party gets lively. This little cup plays a big role for those who appreciate thoughtful design and intentional use. Read the description. Look at the pictures. Don’t be that reviewer.
Almost perfect!
I've been waiting for an 8oz ceramic lined Yeti for the longest time and am so glad they finally manufactured one. This is almost perfect for my daily coffee. I wish it were slightly bigger like a 10-12oz with this shape, because when you put the lid on it turns into a 6oz cup.
Just a Bit Small
The idea of an insulated ceramic cup is great for coffee/tea drinkers but the cup is just a bit small. When making coffee it fits perfectly under our espresso machine but lacks the volume to make a standard cup of coffee and have the lid placed on it without spilling. If the bottom of the cup which is already small is brought out to match the top section this would likely solve the needed volume required to place the lid on it and not have to make it any taller.
Perfect size for a cocktail on the go.
This was my first purchase of the Yeti ceramic cups, and it's arrived with the same quality that Yeti is known for. I will say that it doesn't keep beverages as hot or cold as the typical stainless steel cups or mugs, but I still appreciate the size, secure lid and quality build. I've found they are perfect for drinking bourbon where you'd like a little ice to melt quickly to proof down the bourbon. Definitely happy with this purchase.
Tight fitting lid
I love the little Yeti I bought. My disappointment is the lid. It doesn't seal to prevent leakage from where you drink With hot coffee, not at all. To me it defeats the purpose of having an insulated cup. I bought it so I could slip it in my purse and take coffee with me. I bought the 8 oz Yeti. I'd love to be able to do that.
Great size
Bought this for my morning latte. Fits nicely under the portafilter on my espresso machine, but I think it would be a bit tall for some of the smaller machines. I love it because it fits nicely in my cars cup holder, and the lid makes spills almost impossible. Very happy with these cups
Kind of a joke
Total waste of money. I have at least 10 Yeti cups and I cannot stress enough this is a total waste of your time and money. It looks and feels like a toy. It is that small. Thinking of giving it to my grandson but three sips and all the contents would be gone.
Awesome product, bit pricey.
I absolutely adore the fact that it’s ceramic on the inside. It looks so classy, and very good quality. I have no doubt the ceramic will last. Yeti is by default a very sturdy and pleasant to hold brand (all their products I’ve owned and seen). I like that they stand by their product. The lid is perfect, closes as expected, lid and mug are a decent size too though a bit pricey for the size if I’m honest. But I didn’t mind that because it’s clearly a quality product. It fits on any cup holder (which I also love and they have a good selection with that feature). All that being said, I do think they should bring the price down. Also, their shipping is so shocking to me, it makes the purchase almost not worth it at all, it’s almost half the price of this product. Granted, I could’ve went to the store (which is an hour from me) but the store’s selection was “dim”. Lastly, we all collectively absolutely need a bigger selection of mugs with the ceramic coating. Namely, the 18oz cup/mug with the twist top. I’d love that with every fiber of me, especially in burgundy.
