Just as advertised
Don’t blame Yeti—or the cup—for people who can’t tell the difference between 8oz and 16oz. The product description and size comparison photos make it clear: this cup is intentionally small. That’s the point. It fits perfectly under an espresso machine for a double shot, stacks neatly with my other 6oz espresso cups, and even shares a lid with them. It’s not designed for mixed drinks or to quench thirsts—it’s designed for sipping, for enjoying the finer things in smaller quantities. The size makes it comfortable in the hand, ideal for a long pour from a Yeti flask, and practical when the party gets lively. This little cup plays a big role for those who appreciate thoughtful design and intentional use. Read the description. Look at the pictures. Don’t be that reviewer.
Almost perfect!
I've been waiting for an 8oz ceramic lined Yeti for the longest time and am so glad they finally manufactured one. This is almost perfect for my daily coffee. I wish it were slightly bigger like a 10-12oz with this shape, because when you put the lid on it turns into a 6oz cup.
Just a Bit Small
The idea of an insulated ceramic cup is great for coffee/tea drinkers but the cup is just a bit small. When making coffee it fits perfectly under our espresso machine but lacks the volume to make a standard cup of coffee and have the lid placed on it without spilling. If the bottom of the cup which is already small is brought out to match the top section this would likely solve the needed volume required to place the lid on it and not have to make it any taller.
Tight fitting lid
I love the little Yeti I bought. My disappointment is the lid. It doesn't seal to prevent leakage from where you drink With hot coffee, not at all. To me it defeats the purpose of having an insulated cup. I bought it so I could slip it in my purse and take coffee with me. I bought the 8 oz Yeti. I'd love to be able to do that.
Kind of a joke
Total waste of money. I have at least 10 Yeti cups and I cannot stress enough this is a total waste of your time and money. It looks and feels like a toy. It is that small. Thinking of giving it to my grandson but three sips and all the contents would be gone.
Perfect size for a cortado
We have the 16 oz stackable for our lattes/cappuccinos. We wanted something smaller for home when needing a small boost without that much milk but larger than a straight espresso shot.
Skip this cup
Waste of money. So small it is not usable. I bought for the ceramic lining and realized it is too small to use
Solid as expected from Yeti
Solid easy to hold. I enjoy whiskey beverage in this one every night. Love the ceramic inside.
Too Small
This is too small. I was very shocked to see how small this is. Yeti needs a 10oz cup.
Yeti rambler
It would be perfect if it was a 10 ounce with ceramic lining.
