Beautiful shoes, but too narrow
I wish I could keep these as they are well made, beautiful shoes. However, they are too tight in the toe box for me. I don't have a wide foot but do like sufficient room for my toes. Also worth noting: the inner sole they come with is designed to used with Salewa brand socks, perhaps because of the strange little velcro section in the arch area and also at the toe. My socks got "stuck" at the arch part of the inner sole. I took it out and tried my own inner soles, which was better, but the toe box was still too narrow for me.
So far so good.
TTS. Went with my normal 8.5. I’ve used these twice for casual, 3-4 mile hikes in the Midwest, nothing more. I have high arches to begin with, which in the past has caused achy feet with some shoes. I didn’t experience any issues with these. It’s a more narrow fit (I don’t have narrow feet, not a problem). Great color, good looking shoe.
Well made but runs small
I bought these in my regular size 6 and they are too tight. The construction is nice and sturdy but with hiking socks, they will not fit properly. I am a true size 6, but should’ve ordered a 6.5 or 7.
I never buy the same pair twice except….
This is the second pair of this exact shoe that I’ve purchased. I’m considering buying another just to have because they are discontinued and I love them so much
Super supportive
I bought these shoes as my new daily hike shoes and they are excellent. Just the right support and tread.
SO NICE
These are super waterproof, great traction and they look great! I love them.
