The Down insulation has left the building

Came with a small tear in the hood which i patched thinking nothing of it however over the few months I've owned it all the down in the inner elbow areas (where you fold your arms) has either moved or broken down and it's literally just two layers of thin fabric left in that area without any insulation. For this type of money (looks like it's on sale compared to what i paid) I expect much higher quality.
