good backpack
Nice backpack. Fits a lot. Love the front pocket. Needs a luggage sleeve though
Some good, a lot of bad.
Bought this pack to for a trip to Spain. The side pockets are excellent for carrying extra water and for the center outside net pocket great for the maps and guide books. What I didn’t like about the pack is everything gets lost in the deep pockets. Not convenient for aircraft/ bus travel at all. The straps are not that comfortable and tend to slide around, lower center of gravity when packed out. If you plan on loading up and not getting anything out until you stop for the night, it does that job okay, nothing outstanding. The construction is good but within two weeks of use the pack material started to show signs of stress and edge wear. If you are looking for a bag at in reasonably light, can carry extra water, and stuff items into quickly, this would be an okay option. If you want something that is well built and has pockets for travel organization and day packing, pick something else.
