Material doesn't hold up in weather
Love the chair but disappointed in the quality of the fabric. Ours stays inside so held color well, but staring to fall apart along the edges. Only a year or two old. Not worth the money spent to be falling apart so soon.
Product Quality
I got of 2 of these as a gift for Christmas in 24 (last year). Not even a year later they’re cracked, faded, torn and the stitches are literally coming off. Zero quality on the fabric and stitching.
Nice but not worth it
I bought this product about 2 1/2 years ago and it didn’t last as long as I hoped. Only used it for my son’s baseball games and a couple times for camping. The back of the chair tore off as I was sitting on it and I almost fell backwards while holding my infant. The stitching on the chair started coming apart within that same year of purchasing it
Poor design
Other versions of this chair are probably great, people love them. Based on that I bought the kickback rocker. It is the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. I had marked it two stars, but sitting in it now I took it down to one as the poles are digging into my back. If not your back they’re in your backside. Terrible design, you tip backwards in it all the time and fall over if the ground isn’t flat. I’m 6’ 200 lbs. Wife is 5’4” 110 pounds she likes it fine.
They can't take Texas weather.
We have had these xl rockers about 1.5 years. The fabric on both of them has ripped due to the sun exposure. We use them camping and around the house. When not used they are on the porch or in the shed. The structure is still great . They need better fabric for the seat and back.
Seams rip
We have had 2 of these rockers for 6 months after using a handful of times we had both of them rip on the back. I am only 230 and my wife is 140 yet both had the same fail points. The fabric faded within a month and started to squeak after the first weekend out.
Poor Quality
Had a pair of this years for under a year. Both at this time have torn in different areas and aren’t useable for the price I would believe they would of last longer.
Disappointed
Just like another review, mine has faded and ripped in less than a year. It sat on a covered porch.
Amazing
Love the rocker, not bad price for a life time warranty!
Great chair. Need some back reinforcement.
My coworkers and I all use these chairs. I am personally on my 3rd chair. Only problem I have had is about after 6 months of use the material at the top of the backrest frays and rips, causing the whole back to be unusable. Considering I am only about 230lbs and the chair is rated for 400lbs is mildly annoying due to the cost of replacing the chairs. Otherwise it is a great design as long as you remember to oil the springs.
