Unmatched!

Bought the Panga 75 for my work and flyfishing travel adventures. This thing rocks! Fit a few days worth of clothes, and all of my fly gear on a recent weekend trip to Aruba. 9 wt 4 piece tube fit well in the bag. When my flight was delayed, I had to hop in a cab from the airport to the marina, and out to the flats. The Panga kept everything dry, including my iPad and electronics. The 75 fit in the overhead no problem on an AA Airbus 319. It’s currently packed for NYC and a weekend with the wife for previews of Escape to Margaritaville. It’s going to snow, but I know all my stuff will be dry in the Panga! 2 Fins up for the Panga 75!

Ridiculously Reliable!

From the plane, to the river, and multiple portages, the Panga75 is defiantly the only bag you’ll need! It held everything I packed for a 10 day, self sustained, SUP trip through the Adirondacks. The multiple attachment points, made securing additional gear like my solar panel a breeze. The detachable backpack straps also kept my rig streamlined and clutter free, but attached quickly when it was time for land portages. Our longest of which was 6 miles, with 80 pounds of gear, and the Panga75 was beyond comfortable! By the end of the trip all my gear was as dry as the day I packed it! Through Torrential rain, harsh swells, and even a hail storm, the Panga75 was ridiculously reliable and performed way beyond my expectations! But then hey, it’s a Yeti, why would I expect anything else !?

Totally saved the camping trip!

I bought this bag to use while kayaking and camping and it proved to be well worth the money. One minute into a two day trip my kayak submerged in some rough water and my Panga 75 just floated on top of the water keeping all of my gear perfectly dry. I was able to sleep in a perfectly dry sleeping bag and hammock thanks to this bag. I also have a yeti hopper backflip cooler and since it is also airtight, it actually kept the kayak from completely flipping over because I had it strapped to the kayak. To top it all off the yeti sidekick I have on the front of my cooler kept my phone and other electronics dry during this whole ordeal. Thank you Yeti for over-engineering your gear. You completely saved my trip.

Great duffle bag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago as a gift for my husband. He didn’t necessarily need a new duffle bag but he has loved this one & even said he planned to get rid of his other duffles & weekender luggage. The design of the bag with backpack style shoulder straps is a great feature, obviously the durabile & weatherproof material is a key component and it is an overall sleek & attractive piece of luggage. It comes in a selection of sizes to taylor to different uses. We have been a fan of the Yeti brand because it never disappoints & once again our expectations were surpassed. I highly recommend this duffle bag & I give it my highest rating.

Tough as nails

I bought this bag for a trip to the BWCWA. I usually use the traditional portage bags with the water protect liners. This bag was by far superior. I had easy access to all my stuff. I didn't have to roll a d snap and everything else. One zip and i am in. The contents stayed totally dry even after my son tipped the canoe. I bought the 75 L because it fit perfectly. It's almost as if it was made for it. Every time we portage we had to deal with rocks and at the end after washing the bag it looks like new. I will be purchasing two more to replace all my portage bags. I like this bag so much that I wish I had a need to use it every day.

Another Homerun

Considering I usually throw extra clothes in a large black garbage bag, this is definitely a step up. My wife and I go whale watching a lot. The weather is unpredictable at best. You need dry stuff. This bag keeps your stuff dry. Then, I fish as much as I can. Everything gets wet on a fishing trip. Everything except my stuff cause Yeti really does what it says it does. On a fishing trip, stuff is constantly thrown around and shifted from one spot to another. Not only does it keep things dry, because it’s air tight, it doesn’t get crushed like other bags. It keeps its shape. That’s a big deal. I can bring my good camera because it’s safe and protected inside.

Not sure it will last.

I bought the Panga 75 as a checked bag when flying. I took the bag from Indy to Cabo with a lay over in Dallas and back. When I got home, I noticed what looks like a welt on the side of the bag. I checked and bag still appeared airtight, but not sure I will use it again for air travel. I was kind of shocked that the bag material was so fragile for what I paid I guess I will see how long it lasts but not hopeful. I guess being “built for the wild” is not the same as being built for commercial air travel.

Sick bag!!

Purchased a couple months ago. Very tough and well made. Have not had the opportunity to use it In the field yet, but couldn’t be happier with the quality of the bag. Only reason I’m not purchasing more is price. For traveling, I think the 75 might be a bit too big to use as a carry on, but I’ll give it a shot. I do worry a little about theft. It’s a good looking bag, so don’t want to leave it laying around out of sight. One other suggestion for yeti is to make a backpack! Same materials, same quality, waterproof, with 4-5 pockets of various sizes.

It’s in the bag!

So far so good. I was a bit concerned that the 75 might be to big but then again you can never have enough room and it does not disappoint! Great quality as I have come to expect from Yeti products! Could use a dedicated shoulder sling, it would make it a bit easier to lug around and could also double as a strap to lash it down, It would be nice if it had foam side inserts to make it a bit more ridged so it’s easier to pack. Exterior pocket or Molle lashing points would have been great for smaller gear or sidekicks . Overall great product
