straw is too long
i’m missing the point of the “built in stopper” near the top of the straw if it doesn’t fit into or at least rest on the straw hole to keep the straw from flailing around. the straw that came with my lid for the 20oz tumbler is way too long - as if it was meant for a much taller model.
Great product
I just went on vacation with 24 people. All had Yetis of some kind. Initials are on most and event. I would suggest different color straws. I used a green one and was so much faster and easier locating mine in the crowd.
Must have this straw lid
Great for Smoothies, Pina Coladas, and Bloody Mary’s. Wide sturdy straw easy to clean.
Using funnel to fill???
Most difficult to open travel mug I've ever seen, never mind was wrong to buy. It takes so long to get the lid off and it is so much work...you could pass out from exertion or dehydration before you can fill it. My wife is a tiny thing...she actually injured her hand trying to open the 30 Tumbler. They've got to be able to create a lid that seals...but can easily be opened.

My wife and I love the construction of it, the feel when holding it and texture of the color ones. We really enjoy the fact all YETI's tumblers fit in mine and my wife's truck cup holders.
Doesn’t work with 30oz tumbler wothhandle
It doesn’t fit the 30oz tumbler with a handle. The lid for that one screws on, so this one doesn’t work for it. I didn’t know till I got home and tried it.

Happy with my straw lid!
I like having the straw option because it’s convenient in a desk situation where I’m not trying to keep my drink hot with the slider lid. It’s a fat straw, too, like those bubble tea straws. It took me by surprise at first because I was used to my other cup’s skinny straw, but I don’t mind it. The lid is easy to remove and replace for washing & refills (hint - I put the straw in upside down from what other people do, so it stays on the lid when I remove it to put the cup on the water machine. This way the straw is out of the way.)
