Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic trailer I love my Burley Bee! I've used it several times now and it is so light and way to move. I pack it up and put it in the back of my car to go to local bike trails. It's a snap to put up. My son lives riding in it to. It seems like every time we're out with it he falls asleep! I get exercise and he gets a nap, works out well for everyone! It has plenty of storage in the back too. I typically have his diaper bag back there but there would also be room for beach stuff too. It will be interesting to see how well the infant insert (sold separately) works when we have a second child. I'm trying to think if there's anything negative but nothing is coming to mind.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Burley Bee Awesome product. Our 15 month old and 3 year old love riding in it.pack some snacks and they are comfortable for hours. Only downfall is that our 15 month olds helmet tips forward the way she sits in the sling like seat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love our Burley Bee We love the Burley Bee that we purchased to take our son on bike rides. He was an older infant when we first bought it & fit comfortably in the seat. It wasn't necessary but I also purchased S.I.T seat pads to add extra comfort and convenience. We use our Burley a lot to ride to the park & whenever our son asks to go in it. Only problems(which are little ones) I've ever had with it is sometimes I can't seem to get the screens tight enough not to sink down & get in my sons way (especially when windy) and the way the seat back is designed can cause my son's helmet to be pushed forward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Buy - You Get What You Pay For!! It rides nice and I am glad I went with a Burley Bee versus a cheaper brand, worth the money. We love how easy it is to attach to our bicycles and how well it rides on uneven terrain. The Bee is the least expensive Burley, so it was the perfect option for my family. Essentially, you are getting 90% of the more expensive models, but for a much cheaper price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Want to live it.... I have been using this trailer since the early summer. I love the weight, ease of connection, and lack of feel behind the bike (there are times you can forget it's there). However, I am already having issues. The receiving strip of Velcro for the back flap has started to tear away from where it is sewn. I also had to add snaps to the front flap so it would stop caving in off of the sides of the frame. This seems to have remedied this problem. Lastly, my 2.5 year old cannot seem to manage a normal head position in the seat wearing any type of helmet. The angle of the fabric behind her head seems to keep her from being able to look up. I thought this might change as she grew, but it hasn't.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's what you pay for They make you buy a part on the bottom so it won't rip , the design was made to rip every time you exchange bikes or put it away , it touches the floor but for 30$ bucks you can add it . My point it should come with it so it doesn't break easily [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it I bought my Burley Bee a few months ago and use it just about every day to pick up my two kids from school. It's also great in the evenings while riding to dinner with the family kids fall a sleep on the ride home.

I have a '14 Transition Covert, CF with a 10mm QR-bolt through rear axle. How does the coupler mount? Does the coupler get sandwiched between the axle and the dropout, if so how thick is the coupler? Thanks!

Asked by: lastresort576
The burley trailer attaches to your back axle with the Burley Steel Hitch, with a pin for opposability. Burley offers swappable thru axles that have an adaptor end that allows you to allen wrench this the Steel Hitch into place (you simply have to make sure that the threading is the same, as your present through axle so you don't damage the frame). Please contact Burley regarding which 10mm, thru axle adaptor would work best for your bike.

Can one child ride in the Burley Bee? Will it work with most mountain bikes? I own a specialized mountain bike.

Asked by: NLG 82
This is designed for 2 children, but it can be used by only one child if necessary. Unfortunately, we need more information about your bike specifically in order to determine compatibility.

Is this compatabile with a Roadmaster granite peak women's bike?

Asked by: Sarah
This trailer is compatible with your bike. However, you also need to purchase a thru-axle adapter through the vendor directly since your bike does not have a rear quick release.

Will this fit on a fixie bike?

Asked by: Rjordo
Due to the large variety of fixie bike styles, we are unable to confirm this will fit your bike. We suggest emailing the manufacturer a picture of the bike's rear dropout in order to confirm compatibility.
