Inexpensive small locking carabiner
Needed a basic locking carabiner, but the locking ones were too large and too expensive, designed for supporting load (e.g. you). This was perfect
Good Carabiner
This is a good carabiner that is great for different uses. I love using it to clip shoes to my pack.
Excellent Product
I wish these were available when I was in law enforcement. I found my SlideLock Craibriner Stainless black steel while shopping for a Kydex OWB holster. There are many uses for this product. I use them as quick on & off attachments for hanging hay feeders for my patrol & Cowboy Mounted Shooting horses.
If the beast loses his tags now I quit
I was desperate to find a locking S carabiner for my dog's tags since he's lost them several times. Being a bigger dog(75#) I tried the #2 marine carabiner and it works great and the larger opening allows it to go on the D ring without harming the wire closure and the tags stay put. I love it.
Couldn't ask for anything better
I use this to hold all my credentials to my camera bag. Works like a charm, I've had several close calls with a non-locking carabiner with it coming detached or some dufus trying to stealthily clip it off of me. Great build quality and the lock works wonderfully.
Secure, weight-bearing in steel
Secure carabiner for locking “stuff.” I will be exploring various uses in the coming months. Purchased with the idea of securely holding the top of bear bags for hoisting; even attaching a couple of bags to one ‘biner.
Perfect for all of my keys!
I had been looking for a "climbing clip" for my keys, and REI had the perfect one! It has an extra secure feature where a piece clicks down to essentially lock it closed! I have been loving it so far!
Key Stays Put
I use this as a key ring holder. Coats tend to cause my carabiner to open and my car key falls off. This carabiner's locking feature keeps it closed so I am not searching for a lost key in the dark.
Won’t use anything else
This is the only “key ring” I’ll use. I just bought a second one. The first one still works fine even after five years but the red color is mostly gone. The slide lock is completely trustworthy.
Love these carry-all carabiners
I love the choice of sizes, the flat profile, the strength of the steel and the locking design. Had one and just found the company site to buy two more.
