Thule  AeroBlade Edge Roof Bar - Flush Mount

I just finished mounting the set on my 2019 Audi Q7. The fit kit was specific to the Q7 (#3145 Q7 listed on box description) and was pretty easy to install and I did it all by myself. Just be patient and check the orientation and anyone can do it. Do not waste money having it installed. In all it took me about 15-20 minutes with reading and double checking the instructions. I have zero issues with clearance of the sunroof which some have complained about. It has nots of clearance and as long as you have the correct fit kit it should be no issue. I went with black because I wanted the discreet look.

I recently purchased this set up for my BMW M35i and the bars are great , however kit 4023 for my car does not even come close to being a flush mount . Hopefully Thule will release a better fit kit for the BMW X2

It takes some effort to find the correct sizes and parts. Note, you will to order different sized bars for the front and back: one Medium and one Large bar. I needed to order the fit kit and locks from a third party seller because REI did not have have them. Ordered two and one of them arrived in used condition. Oh well, I guess I was expecting this from other reviews, and I don't really care about a few scratches...but wait, why are both the plastic covers for left side? I guess the right side can go rust itself, no biggie. Other than the careless handle from REI, the product itself is great.

I have a '17 and '22 BMW X5. The '17 was fitted with BMW "Branded" Thule AeroBlade's and I purchased the Motion XL carrier. We traveled from Columbia, SC to Michigan, Upper Peninsula and back through Indiana, Georgia for 3414 miles. I never heard any wind noise, I included a small step ladder to reach the Motion and the ease of loading, securing and attaching to the bars was a breeze. The aerodynamic look and functionality of the Motion XL with the bars is well worth the money and it looks intimidating on an Black X5...Get Out OF My Way! Highly recommend. Oh, I will be adding the Aero Blades in all black to my '22 X5 in M Sport Blackout Package. Killer look, picture coming after installation!

The low profile box makes my car look even better!

I've had other roof racks for other cars, and subsequently got the older Thule towers and WingBar Evo for this car. They've all made a reasonable wind rushing sound. These whistled, at first a high-pitched constant but piercing tone, which developed into something like a police whistle sound. I tried tape around where the bar meets the fairing ends, and inside the fairing ends where the fit kit connects to the car and to the AeroBlade.

Love the product. A couple of small issues. The box clearly had been opened and returned. The product I received had missing parts. REI did a fine job addressing the problem and sent me a replacement. The could have avoided the problem by properly checking the product back it when it was returned.

I have owned this pair of Thule aeroblade bars for almost a year now. It is a great product, durable, practical, easy to install and best of all looks very good. I can carry my seakayak and lumber from the hardware store. Fits Great on Mercedes 2012 E350.

Ordered a pair of AeroBlade roof bars for my vehicle. Both boxes arrived beat up and re-taped - obviously not new, and clearly not appropriately prepped for shipment. One of the boxes was missing the hardware, so one of my $200 roof bars is USELESS. Now I have to wait for REI to TRY TO make this right. Just to be clear - Thule racks are great - I've been using various versions of their roof racks and bike carriers with high satisfaction for 20+ years. In this case it's clear that whoever at REI shipped these from their Virginia Beach store didn't give a s@#$.
