Between kayaking and speed boating, this bag has been great at keeping extra clothes and all of our things dry while on the water. Plenty of room in it, high quality material and so simple to use. Love it!

Tears Easily

Pros: Yes this can keep things dry sometimes Cons; Tears very easily. I bought 6 of these and 3 weeks in half of them had holes in them. Overall: If you are in a situation where you can be gentile with these they are OK but I would not recommend them for most applications. Also take note that the volume of all dry bags on this site are measured by the size of the open bag not the amount you can actually fit in and seal.

Lightweight Dry Sacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bags are not for me. My nephew is graduating from Special Forces Training in June. I am going to his graduation in June, in North Carolina. I asked him if there was anything I could get him and he mentioned these bags. I decided to get him several different sizes. I am sure they will be put to good use, in his career as a team player in the United States Army, Special Forces.

Buckle No Good

This review is only for the buckles. The screw-in pins fell out of both sides of the "field repair buckle" the very first day I tried to use this bag. One pin fell out in a Lyft vehicle, the other while racing on a sailboat later that day. It was a weekend race away from home and no one had a such a tiny screwdriver to fix the buckles. I had no way to keep the bag closed besides duct tape the entire weekend. The screw pins are a nice idea but useless if they wiggle loose so easily. I was lucky to not lose them immediately and most people don't carry around a screwdriver that tiny.

Lightweight but strong

Stores so small but fits so much! This bag keeps everything dry and contained while out on the water, from keys and phones to lunch.

Nice bag but buckles not so nice.

I like the light weight of this dry bag. It is a fairly thin material and quite flexible, which makes it easy to insert a rolled down sleeping bag. The problem I had is that the buckles are held in place by a small Philips head pin. (I believe this screws into plastic) After my last trip I found a bucket in the bottom of the boat. The pin had backed itself out. The other screw was also loose. Without a buckle, this would make the bag unusable as a dry bag. It could be repaired but there is nothing to keep this from happening again. I will be returning it.

Keeps everything dry and goes everywhere with me

I absolutely love this brand and how well their product performs when I need it to. I attach it to my kayak using a HeroClip and it stays dry even if it pops out of the kayak and drags along with my kayak. I also bring it along when I hike in the rain (whether intentionally or unintentionally). I use it as a sort of "liner" inside my Cotopaxi backpack in case it starts drizzling, that way I am comfortable knowing my belongings will remain dry.
