School Backpack
My son is in 7th grade and has a crazy amount of homework, lunch, band music/instruments and so on. He needed a larger volume pack and wanted a comfortable platform for his shoulders and back. This Daypack was his choice and he loves it. Not only does it work for school, but we just took it through 9 days in Iceland. It held all his technology and accessories, his rain coat and pants, gators, snacks and gloves. Each day he had his stuff with him as needed. Didn't fit great under the airline seats, but that wasn't what we originally purchased it to do. Very happy with the pack.

Great bag, but not for short to average women
Everything about the bag is excellent, but it's just marked as 'one size' on the tag. If you open up the tag, the part with the diagram of the air flow stuff on the back says 'Mens.' I'm about 5' 3.5" and in order to get the lumbar pad where it should be, I have to tighten the straps almost as much as they'll go. Unfortunately, this means the tops of the straps squeeze my neck because the top of the bag is right at the nape of my neck. As much as I love the bag I will probably exchange it... Ladies, look elsewhere. :(

Perfect small travel / work bag

This pack has the perfect balance of space vs. weight vs. organization. Just enough pockets to keep everything organized when I use it everyday for commuting and packing around my work stuff and laptop without going overboard on the number of pockets. It also works equally as well for a 3 day weekend travel bag that will fit in the overhead or under the seat on the plane, swallowing up tons of gear in the main compartment. Being that it can carry a 17-inch laptop, it is a bit taller and sticks out a bit when under the seat in front of you on a plane, so keep that in mind. Very supportive and carries loads very well. Highly recommend it.

Needed Large Volume Daily Hauler

Once I leave the house in the morning, I am out for about 12 hours and have to be fairly self-sufficient. I blew out another brand and was looking (former pack discontinued) for something large, organized and two open-access side pockets large enough for Nalgene 32s. Comfortable, and front haul handle has been unexpectedly useful.

Great pack...not so much for a computer.

I got this pack because of it's size and compatibility for a laptop. To my surprise however, when I set my pack down, loaded with my computer, on a solid floor, I heard a loud clunk...like solid on solid. After I got to where I was going, I felt around the bottom of the pack. There is zero padding on the bottom. Taking it back today. I would not recommend this pack for a laptop at all. It got three stars because it would be good for anything else.

Grey and black doesn't hold up to photo

I think I'm going to like this backpack however, the picture for the grey and black pack doesn't really hold up to the real product. The gray on the front of the pack looks more like a green and there isn't much black on the pack like what is shown in the picture.

Router day oack

So far I'm happy with this backpack. It's skittle bigger that I thought it was but that's no big deal. It has lots of pockets, but the big test is the laptop sleeve. Taking a trip this summer and am waiting to see if the tsa will let it slide being in the sleeve or still make me take it out.

Amazing

This pack is awesome. Best NF I've owned and most versatile. Looks of storage options with various compartments for securing smaller items. Very deep and ample volume in each compartment so you don't end up cramming everything in. Works great for an overnight or two.
