Great product.
I have been very please with this product. My only complaint is the jump from the regular to hard is very dramatic.

Total junk
About as useful as an ashtray on a motor cycle. Finger loops come out from ball, are cheap thin material and total junk. Useless. Get a black diamond grip trainer. These are totally useless

Works, but better options

I like that these have the hand expansion resistance, which is why I bought them. Overpriced for what they are, however. Putting the rubber over each digit takes a bit, probably be just as well off getting some rubber bands, making you hand into a point and creating your own version.

great for injury rehab/recovery

i bought these as a way to help regain strength in my hand after a very bad injury with over 30 bone fractures on my hand. definitely not the most user friendly, having the thin finger loops but if you can get passed that they will help get grip strength back ! but if you have a no passed injury. id recommend something a stronger, these i found very easy to use in my other hand that has full function. all in all a great way to help recovery not build strength.

good for rehab and easy workouts

the difficulties span a good range. a strong climber might find even the most difficult ball easy though. the finger bands are a nice addition. the only reason for 4 stars is they could be bigger.

Eh

Eh. It’s an implementation that’s about all I can say. you can’t reinvent the wheel and the wheel with resistance training is durability. Quite frankly these are shut. I would feel insulted for the cashier trying to pay me back $38 for something that never really worked to begin with. What remains of this product is bits of broken styrafoam balls and some snapped elastic bands.

Terrible product

Two out of three balls fell apart in the first month of use. This is a very common problem and meticulous hasn’t fixed the issue in years. Also, the little rubber grubs are great if your hands are child sized. If youre an actual adult, like me, it will cut off circulation within seconds of putting it on

Good but overpriced

The Grip Saver Plus works for balancing the hand and forearm muscles. For half the price you can buy similar things off of Amazon. I really only use the ball with the most resistance.

Good exercises and for rehab

Good way to work the extensors and flexors, even while just sitting around on the couch.

Foam ball Falls apart but extensor band works fine

Ive had two of these over the years and and friends have had many. All experience the same problem: the foam ball falls apart after minimal use. Cracks start to appear in the middle and creep up the sides until the ball seperates completley and is unusable. The extensor elastic band though works fine and I use it often on its own. Certainly too expensive to buy.
