YETI  Rambler Tumbler - 30 fl. oz.

Ask anyone of my friends, I go with a iced cold drink (non-alcohol) in my hand all the time. My husband was given a 30 oz Yeti tumbler as a gift and he told me I better get one! So I ordered one from REI and also ordered the Yeti lid with a straw. The ads are right....it is great. I put ice in it at 8am and there was about a third of the ice left in it at 8am the next morning, 24 hours!!!!! I can not say how it does with hot drinks; my husband says it isn't as great but he believes it is due to the lid. I would recommend this tumbler to anyone that likes cold drinks with ice. I have small hands and knew that I would have a hard time holding this large cup so I ordered another brand's holder and it fit perfect. I wish Yeti would make a handle for their tumblers. Maybe they will some day but I love this tumbler with or without a handle, lol !!!

I use my Rambler at work and fill it with crunch ice (the kind that starts melting as soon as it hits the cup or as soon as liquid hits it) at the start of my shift. 12 hours later and I my Rambler is still 1/4 full of ice, even after drinking a half gallon of iced tea!

I tend to go through 2 or 3 large ice coffees per day, so I wanted a good mug for work. Yesterday, I filled it up around 10:30am and went about my day. My lunch time, I hadn't really made much progress, so I took it with me to lunch. It sat in the car in 87 degree weather for an hour while my coworkers and I got BBQ. When I came back, I was amazed to see that it still had ice! When I got back to the office, I set the coffee down and forgot about it for the rest of the day. I finally came back to it around 7:30 that night and it STILL had ice! The coffee didn't taste watered down at all. I'll be getting another one of these for home and have already recommended them to all my coworkers and friends.

There are lots of positive reviews on the YETI tumbler which is the reason I purchased 9 of them as employee gifts. They will hold ice cubes for 24 hrs and keep cold drinks cool for a very long time. Haven't used a hot drink in it yet but I'm confident it will keep hot drinks hot too. It is very solid and the lid fits tightly. The only issue I found is the lid opening for liquid to flow out is a bit wide; meaning, you can spill if you're careful. And that can be embarrassing. I imagine the o-ring on the lid can wear out after time and that's probably why lids are sold separately.

After being surrounded by dozens of dozens of tailgaters last Fall with Yeti tumblers, I decided it was time get one for myself with my REI 20% coupon. I am absolutely in love with it after washing it then putting a tumbler full of ice and water, it stayed ICEY cold and refreshingly ICED. Next morning, I hour super hot coffee into it and it was burn my lips hot an hour later. I could still see steam 2 hours later! This is by far the best To-Go cup that I've ever used and it is build to last forever. I am looking forward to a hot Georgia summer with my Yeti!

I used to drive a Jeep and my Nalgene bottle fit in the cup holder perfectly. I recently upgraded to a Outback and the drink holders are terrible and only fit coffee cups. I have always carried water with me and having a Nalgene or Hydro Flask rolling around in the back and under the seats was annoying. I ended up buying this because of the reviews and it looked like it would fit in my cup holder. I can say that I am not disappointed. I put ice and water in my cup at 7:30am and left it all day in the car in 100 degree weather and still had ice at 4:30 when I went home for the day. I ended up leaving the cup in the car overnight and there was still ice 24 hours later. AND it actually fits in my Outback drink holder. No more driving and leaning into the backseat to rummage around for my water bottle!

Bought this Tumbler for my Husbsnd. He dug it so much he had it engraved. Such a Hard Charger. Thank You, YETI!

I purchased a Yeti 30 oz. and a pacific blue hydro flask 32 oz. and compared the two. I wanted to know which was beter in ice retention and typical use. I filled both up with ice and a beverage used both then refilled and left for 24 he period and compared. The hydro flask had larger ice and retained more ice as well. I believe contributing factor for the Yeti was the natural stainless vs powder coated surface. The painted surface may add a insulating factore to the hydro flask. I really like the new magnetic Yeti resealable cap which the hydro does not have. The Yeti performs very well and still provides a cold drink after a full day.

This keeps my fruit smoothies frozen longer so I can enjoy it at my own pace without it melting before I can finish it. This is the best purchased I made and regret only getting one. The rambler has tipped over couple of times where liquid spills out but at a minimum. They should have optional lids that is spill proof and a handle to hold to make this the perfect cup. I would definitely recommend this to anyone but make sure you get the 30oz bigger size.

So my family and I have always been a Tervis family. I had seen some friends with these but every place has been sold out......for a reason! They kepp things cold forever! I usually have a cup of water on the night stand and in a tervis the ice is melted by 2am-ish. This cup has kept ice until the following night, so over 24 hours! Just wish they had designs or different color tops to differentiate between folks drinks. I also wish they had a closing top like tervis.
