Good, easy to carry, easy to use field guide
Purchased this as a gift for a friend in the PNW. He liked it. Said it was accurate. Carries it on his hikes. Helps explain a few encounters.
Almost there
Book contains helpful information on footprints, hair color, and several other features. Unfortunately, the drawings/photos do not aid making an accurate identification. Also, the information about the color of the eggs is completely wrong.
