Poor build quality
To start, I very much enjoy our Cougar 2 and use it to tow 2 boys around on my bike and have the swivel wheels for everyday strolling. I love the design and how well the options work together. However, for the jogger attachment, I have complaints. It is a solid set-up, but way too many set-up issues. First, the wheel bearings were overly preloaded so it wouldn't spin, out of the box. (Need 13mm cone wrench to fix) Also, the axle wasn't centered on the hub, so the quick release wouldn't completely bite on both sides (need to recenter with cone wrenches or use washers to space it right. As well, you have to center the wheel yourself so it tracks straight (2 bolt set up on each arm). If you know bike wheels and have tools, it's fine, but if you expect it to work out of the box, you might hit a snag or two like I did. For $100, it should be plug and play.
rolls like a DREAM!!
I have had more jogging strollers than the average person for sure (single, double, and TRIPLE!) and I must say that pushing the Chariot with the jogging attachment is a dream compared to my triple-jogger! My husband thinks I have stroller problem...we have too many of them. But I think I can get rid of all my other strollers finally - the chariot with all the attachments is all I need:)
