If you're thinking this fleece is too expensive for what you're getting, you clearly haven't tried one on. This thing is a workhorse. In addition to keeping me warm in freezing weather and wind, it also kept me comfy in our 55 degree living room when our furnace went out. I couldn't even tell a difference. Just this fleece and a jacket is all I need in freezing weather. I can't imagine how warm the regular-weight one is. I'm usually right in between a medium and large, and the Medium Snap-T has more than enough room for me. If you need to layer (which you probably won't), I recommend buying your normal size. Otherwise, if you don't want it too loose, you may consider going a size down.

inconsistent

I have no complaints about the quality of this sweatshirt, just the inconsistency of sizing. I have multiple snap t's in solid colors that fit great. It's the two tone and print designs that give me the most trouble. It seems that these ones are always significantly shorter in length than the solid colors. Being 6'4", this can create some issues. Awesome products, just need to be more consistent with the lengths of the products.

So soft, very warm

No one makes fleece like this. Super soft and the "lightweight" version of the snap-T is nothing to be messed with: it's extremely warm. I'm 5'8" and 185lbs, athletic build, the medium fit pretty well in the chest, shoulders, and sleeves. My only complaint is the bottom elastic band is REALLY tight when I pull it over my shoulders, but rests well on my hips when I get it on.

The Very Definition Of Perfect

Not as "warm" as the heavier version; but I've worn this model in 30 degrees with nothing but a cotton t-shirt underneath. I use this for walks on windy beaches, at the lake, late night and early morning camping, and just staying cozy at home. This weight is frankly more versatile than the heavier weight. I have two of these and two of the heavier ones. These are my faves. Waiting for an REI sale to pounce on a 3rd one in bandana blue.

Great product, runs large

Great all-around fleece, but you already know that if you're shopping the Snap-T. Slightly less bulky than the traditional due to a lighter weight fleece, but it still runs large. I'm 6'-2" and 200 pounds and typically wear a large top, but a large in this has room for a small child to join me. There is enough extra material that it would get in the way, so I'll be returning for a medium.

Epic

I live in Jackson Hole WY and bought this around a month ago. I love it totally worth the price and extremely warm I wear it all the time. It also lightened my lode for backpacking, I was able to switch out my old fleece and my next layer after that because this is so warm. Its quality is superb as well...I mean its patagonia come on all their stuff is great.

Multi-Use Wonder

Product is incredibly soft, hence the name synchilla relating to a chinchilla. From sitting in the living room, to out by a fire, to hanging out with some coffee at the edge of your tent during sunrise. This thing performs and keeps you cozy as well as warm. Whether lounging or exerting energy the heat is regulated well, which says a lot because I typically sweat bullets when I stay active and am sensitive to over heating or over layering even in the white room of winter!

Great Pullover, double check sizing...

I own a few Patagonies, and I've noticed a consistent problem with sizing around the chest area and length down. Usually I only need to wear a large, but I needed an XL with this since it's sizing isn't necessarily small overall, just short in some areas. I am 170 pnds and 6 ft 2 in, XL is what I need for the length.

Super comfy! Runs a little big, but feels good. Thin enough to wear under a rain shell in the beautiful SW Washington winter (38 and raining). Breathes well enough that it is comfortable in a variety of temperatures.
