Rated 3 out of 5 by from Yikes! The zipper won't stay up! These are really nice looking pants but if you're not careful they may show a little too much off. Ahem...ladies, my face is up here. Seriously, had them for about 6 months and the zipper falling down became a chronic problem. Also, you have to turn them inside out when washing them or white streaks may develop on the pants. This is due to the special material they use to give a "broken in" look after several washings (read the fabric care instructions). I returned them for the same pair so I'll give an update in a few months or so. I love Kuhl products so I'm really hoping that was just a bad pair and not a problem with all of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Favorite Pants I love my old slim-fit, boot cut Levi's, but they don't let me move very much and they certainly don't dry fast. These have a similar fit - just a little baggier - but the gusseted crotch lets you move like you don't have pants on. And the articulated knee prevents that bunch-up behind your knee that happens with jeans. The material looks and feels tough and quick-drying. The cell phone pocket seems unnecessary at first, but it makes grabbing your phone while sitting a piece of cake. I'll be buying more of these - if only they weren't so expensive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these pants, wish they lasted longer Lightweight, breathable, stylish and comfortable. They don't seem to wear as well as other Kuhl pants I have purchased. If you carry a knife in the front pocket it will wear the edge out quickly. These pictures are of pants I bought last January.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stood the test of time 2 pair of these lasted well over 2 years of nearly daily wear. The material around the pockets finally had enough and torn in the same spot on both pair. I wouldn't hold Khul responsible for that, these really got put through the ringer. The 32x34" inseam sold me on these. At 6'2" and 175 lbs the size couldn't fit. better. The color selection could be better. Someone else wrote they have a green tone, very true. You can't wear just any button up or t-shirt out of the drawer with these. I'll still buy again for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Update - still strong I've been wearing both of my pairs of these pants for months now. Took one pair camping in the northern U.P. this summer. They didn't get washed for a week, slid down a muddy, rocky waterfall, and got worn every day. After washing, they were as good as new. And they protected my legs on that unintentional ride down Sable Falls. Only con is the color: I got the khaki and gunmetal ones, but both have a green tint. I'd describe the gunmetal as forest green, the khaki isn't so obvious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tough yet comfy pants I took these for a couple of days over Old Rag in Shenandoah. Through bouldering and scrambling they didn't get torn or scuffed at all. The material is a great breathable blend that doesn't get too hot and is roomy enough to wear long-underwear under. The leg articulations are an excellent touch The one issue I had was after a few days of wear, the back around the waistline got discolored through combination of sweat and rubbing on my pack. Cosmetic only, but a little odd.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best pants ever I wear a pair everyday. I used to wear car hart light weights but these shrink much less over time, dry faster, are easier to move in , wear better, last longer, have better pocket placement and have an internal button. I had several fellow occupiers callout to me about them, they were wearing them too, and we talked about how they were the greatest pants ever and some of those people literally live in their clothes, some are full time rainbow family, forest park workers, people who seldom sleep inside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superlight yet durable climbing pants I use it for Rock Climbing. The pant is superlight, but yet teh material seems to be very durable against abrasion from rock (RRG sandstone!). The pants give me all the freedom of movement I need even for teh most advanced moves I can imagine. The slight swishing is OK, one gets used to it pretty fast. I took size Waist 31 instead of my standard Waist 32.

Would like to buy a pair of Kuhl pants, but only seem to be able to select the inseam measurement, not the waist measurement. Am I missing a part of the order process?

Asked by: Tom Ace
This item is the 34" inseam version; in the drop down selection box is the waist size selections available to order.
