A Summer Staple for ten years
Seriously, I step up for a new pair of Fannings every other summer, and the old pair gets relegated to yard work. They look good, wear great, never chafe, and the opener is a useful bonus. An absolute must-have for Coronas on the beach. The footbed does get a little beat down and hard after 2 full seasons, but I probably spend 20 hours a week in these.
Women like them too
I am a woman and I chose these because the footbed was wider, and since I broke my little toe I needed it for protection. These are very comfortable and very stable. I'm not wild about the can openers on the bottom at all but the comfort outweighed the negative feature for me. I see the can openers as dirt pockets and security stalls. I will never use the can openers. I did try on every brand of flips flops available and this pair worked out and feels as though they will last the longest.
Second Pair
This is the second pair of Reef Sandals I've owned, they hold up great. I like the bottle opener on the sole but frankly using a shoe bottom to open a bottle seems to freak some people out, oh well.
THICK sole. Comfy footbed.
These flip flops have the thickest sole of any I've ever worn. The heel is particularly chunky, and then it slopes down slightly toward the toe. Comfy for walking and standing.

Live in Arizona so flip-flops are just part of the deal. These are very comfortable and do well wet or dry.
Reefs Are The Best
Really comfortable and durable. Great to put on after a round of golf.
