Quality cassette

I had to get a new cassette after my stock one broke. This was on sale, and has proved to be a quality replacement at a very reasonable price.

Good Step Up

I'm using the SRAM 850 cassette on my way big Mt. Bike. It's a light aluminum Mt Bike and although not competing I want to make it to the top of some paths without putting my foot down because it's too hard to crank. I didn't know if stepping up from 30 to 32 cogs on the top gear would make that much difference but it does. About 1/2 inch all around bigger and now I can peddle where I couldn't make the bike crank on it's own.

Works just like factory sprockets

This 8-speed sprocket cassette works just like the OEM cassette that came with my bike. They both wear after a few years and a worn cassette may cause poor shifting or even a chain to slip occasionally. Ultimately, if the sprockets are worn the chain is probably worn, too.

I like it

I like the staff and attention that is given. The work seems to be done very well - in my case, I think my bike is part of the problem - and until I can afford to get a new one, I am kind of putting band-ades on problems. But they are good band-ades.

Fits old bike.

Exact replacement for the original on my 2002 Trek 4900, right down to the weight. However, the package lacked any documentation or instructions, which makes me a bit worried about the provenance. We'll see how it holds up.

So far, so great

Picked up my bike and rode a 35 mile mountain bike race in North Georgia the next weekend. No problems.
