I first ordered these shoes in a 41; a size I've been wearing for at least the past 10 years. They were way too small so ordered up two sizes to a 43. Still a bit small and too narrow. These may have worked for me if the fit was comfortable as they have enough stiffness for cycling and a good surface for walking.
