Needs a lot.of diversity training in sunnyvale.ca

Actually, sunnyvale California store. I had to return a purchase for my nephew. the wrong color jacket two salesperson will give me a hard time.asking me twenty different questions why was I returning? Why did my nephew know the right color then two customers behind me start curse me out sells associate did that stop that from happening. They thought it was a big joke and started laughing. Talk with the general manager. She told me that the salespeople asked different people different questions. I'm kind of puzzling. Not professional. Third degree on a return that's brand new . On a return

Love it

This is my favorite down jacket. I love it. Warm and wind resistant. It seems durable too. It has survived my two young kids so far. Great fit and looks even better in person.

perfection

Best jacket I’ve ever owned, love the amount of adjustability to fit me perfectly, I am 6ft and a medium works perfectly for a more fitted look.
