Tooo big, arrived used

I’m a 32DD, I got a medium and it was way too loose/ offered no support in the bust- and there’s no removable cups? Also I didn’t keep it bc the one that showed up was gross and clearly worn or just thrown around the store ((wish I noticed before I tried it on)))
