Great bag for day hikes! I had room for my first aid kit, a towel, a jacket, my snacks and other odds and ends, plus I was able to comfortably fit 2.5 liters of water. The straps were comfortable and my back wasn't overheating even after 7 miles. I am not a plus sized individual, I chose this bag during a sale. On me the straps are overly long but easy enough to tuck away. For reference, I'm only 5'5" and under 150 lb. It's nice that I have the option of layering up or tucking jackets into the straps thanks to the extra length. I didn't notice this until on the trail, but the magnetic chest strap can be adjusted up and down the arm straps! Mind blowing if you're a woman like me and need to make room for the ladies. The hydro pack itself is great, doesn't terribly taste of plastic after one use. The bladder was easy to fill and move in/out of the pack. I like the the mouth piece as well, the valve helped prevent annoying drips while I wasn't drinking anything. I was also able to use it to fill my dog's bowl with water by just creating a pressure difference and squeezing it open. That was convenient! Overall a great purchase, I just hope it'll last me a good while.
Really nice pack except for one fail. The side elastic ‘carrier’ for an external bottle is already so loose/slack/stretched that my bottle fell out three times the first day. I am returning and willing to try again if they will exchange, but since I bought it at 25% off and that sale is over I am interested to see what they can do.
The backpack feel comfortable and your shoulder is adjustable in different ways, I like the storage pocket you got plenty of storage for everything that you need. I would really recommend this product for anybody who’s looking for hydration pack
I haven't had this backpack long however it seems likes a great addition to longer path walks.
comfortable w large frame. Lots of water and storage, priced right
