This gorgeous jacket had one fatal flaw: a splitting zipper. The defective zipper would open from the bottom and I constantly had to fight with it. REI was wonderful enough to accept this back and returned my money after I wore this less than a month. The jacket itself is great. Loved wearing it but just wish the zipper was better quality.
Comfy and warm!
I'm very pleased with this jacket. It's very warm and well-insulated. The hood fits well and isn't too tight. The zipper and snap closures are handy for regulating my temperature while out walking and getting exercise. It's waterproof too. Highly recommended!
Perfect lightweight jacket
This jacket is perfect - lightweight yet warm for fall or Spring - room for layers for winter even though it fits so nicely on the body - not baggy. The loden color is beautiful
Nice fit without bulk
I found this coat to be warm with layering underneath. It does keep the wind out but I run cold and found that I need to layer up with it. Haven't tested it in the rain yet so hopefully it will be rain resistant as well. Nice color. I am petite but large chest and this fit great. The sleeves were the perfect length but no hidden cuff to keep the cold out. Nice deep pockets and two internal pockets. This will work for most days in Georgia winters.
Surprise find on REI Outlet
So glad I bought this coat. Love the color and pockets. It's a nice weight for the "shoulder" seasons and the hood fits perfectly on my head. Most hoods block my peripheral vision and I never use them. I bought size large so I can layer underneath. Can't wait to wear it on my upcoming trip to coastal Oregon.
Great but sizing is a bit off.
Love it. Color is gorgeous but sizing is iff a bit in my opinion. Im glad i sized up because i would not have like the fit on my normal size. I have room for movement and multiple layers underneath.
