Nice shirt. It runs large & I bought a large & then returned it & ordered a medium online. It does seem a bit large as a medium, still, I will keep this size. The snaps are convenient & a nice change. The shirts fabric is a bit heavy for wearing hiking in the summer. Spring wear might be about right.
I chose this shirt for a trip abroad that involves a lot of hiking in various climes. I love love love this shirt, it’s not light but it’s perfect for end or beginning of summer. The blue plaid makes me happy, it matches everything I own. Pockets are great, love the snaps, dries quickly. It’s roomy but not boxy. (One reviewer mentioned a vent in back but mine has no vents.) Now I want to get the other color! Waiting for the next sale.
Love the fabric, a little more substantial than a normal cotton shirt and the fit it great. I am 5'3,140 with wide shoulders and got the med. The many unique features including the collar, sheeves, pockets, etc (see description), make it a shirt I will be sure to pack for all vacations. Nice cut so not boxy. Color is super cute too. Well worth the money.
Great sun shirt! This is a well made shirt with nice fabric. The fabric might be a tad thick for really hot days but it very comfortable for days in 70s. I like the snaps!
I have several of the early rise stretch shirts and use them walking, gardening in the heat and as casual wear. I like the vents provided in the back and one pocket to cool off during exercise. The stretch is nice as it allows for movement - no binding.
Patagonia makes great clothes that typically fit me well. This shirt is well-made, is a substantial (yet not hot) weight and the fabric is soft but dries quickly. One of the pockets on the front is a little odd with a reflective strip on the underside. The fit overall is nice, not boxy and the shirt feels good. I wish they had more colors.
I like this shirt, it fits well. True to size. I like the snap buttons.
