Great coat
Yes , I recommend this product
I got this for Christmas. It is a warm well made coat. Plenty of pockets. Effective water proofing. Hood has good insulation and the ties are easy to use to secure its fit. I wore it with a thermal top and long sleeve tee shirt in 15F temperatures and high wind (>20 mph) while walking my big crazy dogs and was very warm. I think I'd need very few layers for snow shoeing with this coat. I'm very happy thus far.

I liked the jacket, but the hood would not fit over my very large ski helmet so I had to return it.
