HORRIBLE quality
PEOPLE DO NOT BUY A ROCKY MOUNTS RACK. I had mine for not even two years before the rear strap snapped and my bike fell off the rack, causing about $300 in damages. I used bungee cords instead but then the rear tire holder fell completely off while I was driving. The front wheel holder is starting to chip into pieces. I've had a Yakima bike rack for 15 year that is still perfect. Rocky Mounts makes poor quality racks.
