- Stand on a piece of paper lengthwise. While in a standing position, mark horizontal lines where the tip of your longest toe lands as well as where the end of your heel is.
- Measure the heel-to-toe distance to find your foot length.

Runs SMALL !!!!!!
I can tell that I’m going to love the shoe when I have the proper size. When they say that it runs small, they mean it really runs small. I have a 7 1/2 slightly slender foot but I occasionally will order a size 8 in hiking shoes to allow for swelling because I can be on my feet for so long. I figured, great, that the size 8 would be perfect. When I opened the box, I could tell immediately that the shoe was very small. I will be returning for an 8 1/2. Hopefully, it ends up being large enough andworth the price !
The design is gorgeous and love the materials they made of, but the walking in them is not as expected. Also the right shoe is defective, feel discomfort at the arch area. I also wear size 8 but 9 fit perfectly. Adidas Terrex is much softer on the feet, I don’t feel so much fatigue.

Really wanted to like these shoes. They have 100miles on them and the achilles is still getting scraped when I descend hills
Did I end up with a defective pair?
I was excited to try these shoes out because of the reports of durability and comfortability and was surprised with my personal findings. After only 100 trail miles I’ve noticed a few unfortunate things. The most concerning is the rub on the back of my heel. At first I thought it was just a rub spot, but as each shoe rubbed a hole in the same spot on each heel, through my darn tough socks , I realized it wasn’t just my heels being thin skinned. At least darn tough has a good policy because the holes are significant and the socks need to be replaced. I have already lost one lug on the bottom of one of the shoes and the toe of each shoe, where the sturdier plastic wraps up the top of the shoe, is starting to peel. I get that 100 trail miles is still 100 miles but for a shoe that claims to last 1,000 miles I’m concerned with these findings. Perhaps I got a defective pair. Or perhaps they simply don’t live up to the hype. I will likely exchange them and see if the next pair has the same results because I do want to love the shoe.
Comfortably stable
So comfortable and durable. I have been wearing them every day since I got them hope to fully break them in. I have been on one longish hike in some wet hilly terrain. So far they are holding up well and no hotspots or blisters. The heel section is thin and I was fearful of blisters but nope. Although they were quite expensive I believe they were worth it especially if they hold up for 600 plus miles

These run VERY small, best to order one full size up. Arch support is lacking but the shoe is lightweight and sturdy.

I wear a 7.5 consistently in any running shoe. Ordered an 8 based on reviews and needed to return for a 9. Ran very small. Additionally, the back of shoe, with the hard slant inward tore up the back of ankles on one run. Very serious blisters. Had to return. Hope you fix the back of shoes and I would try again
