Extremely firm cushion, fits TTS, ESD work shoe
Fit TTS on the size guide provided by REI. I have very high arches and prefer shoes that provide support instead of me putting in orthotics. I like a wider toe box, good heel support. These shoes felt great. However, for me the lack of any cushion made my day on the factory floor uncomfortable on my feet. I returned. Minus 1 star bc more firm i think than necessary. Ill keep looking for work shoes that meet electric safety requirements. Im actually stunned REI sells ESD rated shoes! So congratulations REI, i hope they will continue and hopefully expand selection for ASTM rated work safety style footwear.
Good quality shoe….but
I have worn the shoes only a couple times. They seem to be made well but are a lot stiffer and heavier than I was expecting. I was looking for a lightweight on your feet work shoe. This shoe seems to be more heavy duty for outdoor work.
Comfy but WIDE
They are a comfortable shoe but are very wide in the toe area. I have a more narrow foot and they just didn't work for me at all. Maybe with out the composite toe they would probably be perfect.
Strong, protective and comfortable.
I have severe great toe arthritis and need strong shoes that are also comfortable. I wish they were a little bit more attractive. otherwise they are magically perfect.
Tough
7 to 10 miles a day with 50 flights of stairs in a very rough environment. Shoes take a beating and by the end of the day my feet feel good
Decent substitute for foundations
Got these to replace a pair of low foundations . They are comparable, but unfortunately they don't have my size anymore in the foundations.
Good Purchase
Very comfortable, slip resistant works well , heal stays in place unlike some work shoes. So far so good .
Not waterproof
A heavy duty work shoe. Very comfortable. But not waterproof as advertised.
