Love them!
I bought my first pair of hiking shoes in 2021. I didn't know what to expect, but the salesman fitted me expertly with Keen shoes. They are the most comfortable and most versatile shoes I have ever owned. I started out just using them for hiking. I loved the grip and the lightweight comfort. But then I started using them for routine walking. They took away all the "road noise" on my feet. I walked all over Maine, New York State, France and hiked in Belize too. Now I use them for my daily 2 mile walk. In fact, unless there is deep snow, or unless I need to wear dress shoes, I have rarely worn anything else for the last 4 years. I replaced the insoles once. Finally the sole started wearing down. I was worried that a replacement pair wouldn't fit as well. So it was with some trepidation that I ordered a replacement pair. I am delighted to say that this replacement pair is just as comfortable. I have an extra wide foot that is often difficult to fit too. Bravo, Keen!
Weird fit, little short
The shoe doesn't fit like any Keen shoe or boot I've had in the past. Looking into the shoes it looks like both side are higher than the middle, like your foot needs to be concave and lower in the middle than either side. I've never seen a foot shaped that way. I've filled out the paperwork to return to REI.
Loose around the ankles
Shoes are well made but they fit my feet in such a way that it is impossible to comfortably tighten the enough that my heels move up and down in the shoes when I walk.
Best shoe ever!
I’m having a hard time to let go of my old ones to put on these new ones. They wear like iron, I’ve had them so many years. Absolutely my favorite.
Good hiking shoes
I’m happy with the shoes. I ordered 7 instead of my shoe size 71/2; it fits well with this brand. I hike 3 times a week for 4 to 8 miles.
Shoes too wide.
I ordered these shoes in a size 9 which is the size I always wear. These shoes felt like a size 9 mens. I had to return them.
