Smooth and solid when loaded correctly.
Solid trailer. Height limited because of the position of the cross-bars. I bought it with the top rack - weight limit is 10lb and I believe it. The rack will get in the way of me moving larger items so I'll have to pop it off and on occasionally, which will be a pain. I would call this a touring trailer. THIS IS NOT A CARGO TRAILER. The front and rear walls are sewn shut and you cannot drop them to carry long loads. Also the floor is fabric - I laid down a tarp in the bottom just for a little security of mind. The Burley website offers free shipping on this item. Buy direct, then take your savings and buy tubes and accessories here from REI. Win/Win/Win(?)
