[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Icebreaker baselayers are the best, I always get them. These are predictably great, comfy and super warm without being hot indoors. My only complaint is the waistband.... it rolled up immediately when I put these on and stayed rolled forever. I'm petite and they fit me, and this has never happened with any icebreaker leggings of mine in the past. Did they make the waistband out of a new material? Is it less wide than it used to be? Not sure, but I would really love it to be thicker/wider and stay put, because the rolled waistband gets really uncomfortable fast. I would also love to see these come in shorter lengths and XS sizing. Otherwise, they're amazing.
Bought for snowboarding, hole within 20 wears
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working as a x/country ski trail groomer, icebreakers are the only product that meet my requirements. As a base layer, under my Carhart bibs, they breath, wick and stays warm under demanding conditions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Icebreaker Merino 260 Tech Thermal Leggings w/ Fly are an exceptional cold-weather base layer that delivers warmth, comfort, and breathability. If you're looking for reliable winter leggings for outdoor activities, these are a solid choice. These leggings are a game-changer for winter layering-warm, breathable, and super comfortable. Whether for outdoor adventures or just staying cozy, they perform incredibly well. Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've worn Ice Breaker for years and there is no comparison to other brands I own. The quality of these leggings are obvious in their quality, warmth, and durability. The wool is soft against the skin with an unusual resistance to odor and retain their shape and function after many wash cycles. The fly is another quality that is hard to find in other brands. These leggings will last for years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily got these to wear while skiing - which I haven't actually done yet. However, I have worn them under pants or sweatpants when going on a long walk or if I'll be outside for a long time when it's below freezing. I've also worn these to bed as pajama pants which is awesome because they don't get bunched up and they are a good warmth in the winter.
The 260 is great for those 0F days whether on the lift or going for a skin or hike. I like wear these when I sit by the fire on a hut trip. All my Icebreaker clothing is top notch. I've been able to use a regular wash with a low heat dry setting and have no shrinking or issues. No itch fabric. The fabric wicks and dries quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these. I have wide hips and a waist and always find that women's leggings don't fit me. This is true for not just Icebreaker, also other companies, but for some reason women's leggings often don't have a gusset so perfectly good leggings become unwearable because the crotch rips and frays... so I buy mens leggings.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a customer for more than a decade. This new product has low quality components and the quality is not good. I used to love the softness of the wool but now it's itchy and not as good. My old stuff was made in china and was good quality this stuff made in Vietnam is definitely not as good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first base layer from ice breaker. It's perfect for east coast snowboarding since it usually doesn't get super cold here. I was able to use this (plus the matching top) under my jacket and snow pants and didn't need much else unless it got pretty cold.
