Poor fit
L jacket fit like a medium in the upper arms and shoulders and an XL in the waist, which is exactly the opposite of my body type. Also no drawcord at the hem, which would have made it more acceptable, and is a standard feature on even the lowest budget jackets. This was my first North Face purchase and will probably be my last.
Inner zipper issue
The coat is supposed to stuff into the inner packet. This is very hard to do and when I did it the zipper split. I got the coat for my child to take the New York on a shool trip. I did not have time to return it.
