Comfortable but slick

The sleeping pad comes in a big stuff sack that doubles as the air pump, and we discovered that it takes 12-13 fills to fully pump up the sleeping pad. It's very nice quality and it held up really well for its first weekend backpacking trip. It was sub-30 degrees each night, and this sleeping pad along with a 0 degree sleeping bag kept me mostly comfortable all night (I get cold very easily). My dad got the same sleeping pad and slept fine. The only issue I found with it is that the surface is very slick. One of our campsites wasn't perfectly flat, so we kept sliding to the bottom of the tent and had to shimmy up to the top again to keep from touching the tent walls.
