Sure this bag has 75 L of volume, but not all volume distributes equally. This bag is very narrow and tube like, so weight expands up and not across, placing a lot of weight and restriction on the T and C spine and limits head movements. Personally, I also found that this weight distribution made me feel very unstable with my footing. If you're using a hydration pack, take note it'll be a tight squeeze whether you place a filled hydration pack before or after packing the main compartment. If you opt for water bottles, the side pockets have little to no stretch and is best for a flat water vessel, not a Hyrdoflask or Nalgene. This bag is okay if you're entry level or don't have any particular needs. Otherwise, for the more experienced or for those who prefer more customizable options, this bag is not recommended.
