I wear a medium in all of my helmets so I ordered the S/M and it was way too small and I had to return it. I took the chance and ordered the L/XL and it fit with enough room for a small beanie under it. The MIPs adjustment was easy. The clasp was originally tricky until I realized it’s magnetic and basically attaches itself! I love that part now and it’s secure until I release it. I wear it around 6-8hrs at a time and it’s comfortable. It did its job when I smacked my head snowboarding. I almost wonder if it is actually a youth helmet that was incorrectly labeled adult. If you have a small head definitely worth the price.
I ordered a M/L which was incredibly small. It may have fit a small child.
Great fit and very comfortable to wear. Very warm when in cold temps.
seemed like a great option, I guess we figured out why it was on clearance. Fit's more like a Childs size.
I bought a M/L which did not fit. Sent it back and got an XL. Not a very comfortable helmet. The section that rests against the back of the head is odd. The fabric on this part crumples awkwardly, causing the wearer to feel it. Also, the tightness adjustment seems very cheap and will start to click before the helmet can comfortably grip to the head, if it ever could.
This size is way too small. Feels like a child's helmet. I ordered a medium. Feels good quality though.
Nice helmet, but the sizing is wacky.... The Dakine Charger looks very similar to this Dakine Daytripper yet the sizing is waaay different. My 4 yr old has a 21" head circumference and she wears a M/L in this Daytripper, but an XS/S in the Charger. The XS/S in the Daytripper looks like it would fit about a 19-20" head circumference.... It's tiny.
Seems like a fine helmet but crazy small. Trust the reviews. Normally a medium (women's/unisex) so I ordered M/L and it was absolutely tiny - would have guessed it was S if not XS. Disappointed and returned.
I have a slightly above average large head for a women…. So I bought the L/XL still way too small. It’s was very comfy wish it would have fit but sadly had to return
Helmet fits too small. I tried s/m and then m/l. Still too small. Otherwise great looking helmet but just doesn’t fit.
