I am a 5'4" woman with a *very* large bust. I have the m/l size and it is by far the most comfortable backpack of its size that I have ever worn under load. It seems weird, but I prefer pack straps that go over my breasts instead of under my arms, and this fits incredibly comfortably in that wear pattern. It doesn't have straps that chafe between my arms and my body and it doesn't put stress on my collarbones. The wide straps go over my breasts in a way that is comfortable and come down below them, actually allowing me to counterbalance the weight of the pack a little bit.
