I really want to love this bag, but I don’t. The design looks great, the pockets are awesome. My 15 inch MacBook fits the pocket perfectly. The material is nice. That said, it doesn’t carry the weight of my MacBook well. The shoulder straps are narrow and mostly un padded. It hangs around the outside edge of my shoulder instead of the meaty part of my shoulder, so it digs in a little bit. As others have noted with no chest strap it adds even more pressure on the outside of your shoulder. It would probably feel pretty good with a 13 inch light laptop. I certainly hoped for more given the cost.
The bag’s asymmetrical straps created an unbalanced feel, and the absence of a chest strap left the padded section of the computer unsupported, causing it to bounce. Overall, it’s an expensive bag with minimal useful features.
