HIGHLY recommend!
I took this luggage on a two-week trip to Spain and was blown away by how well it performed! The durability, ease of use, and style are unmatched. The wheels glided effortlessly over cobblestone streets, carpets, and everything in between. Even when fully packed, it was still lightweight enough to lift into cars and carry up several flights of stairs. I loved the soft-sided design—it gave me the flexibility to pack extra things that wouldn’t have fit in a hard shell. Thanks to the expansion feature, I even managed to bring home three bottles of wine and plenty of souvenirs without worrying about space. Inside, the organizational pockets were a lifesaver for keeping everything neat and accessible. On top of all that, it’s incredibly stylish—I got compliments everywhere I went. Honestly, this size and style are perfect for longer vacations, especially if you’re moving from place to place and need something that’s reliable, versatile, and easy to handle. Couldn’t recommend this luggage more!
What happened to 2 sturdy wheels?
This is, in effect, a Dear John letter. I’m sorry, I won’t be purchasing from you since everything functional for a long trip in Europe has been relegated to 2 wheels. They SUCK on cobbles and rough tracks. I go to Greece for a month each year to help with stray cats, and go loaded with meds they need. Plus my clothes and all I need, and at 71 am still lugging my own stuff up long stone steps, down narrow cobbled roads etc. Not just city streets and airports. I’m sorry. I’ve been a customer for at least 15 years and have purchased several pieces (2 sturdy wheel) of carry on and checked luggage size over that time. And I’ve loved them. I still have a tarmac, checked size, over 10 yrs old, that I will use until it falls apart, which won’t be much longer but that thing is a workhorse, has flown all over the world and makes navigating on a Greek island easy. So I bid you farewell. Very sadly.
Haven't had a chance to
Haven't had a chance to use my luggage. Am thrill you brought back this particular style. Not pleased that it is all hard shell & doesn't have an expandable sipper though. Don't think it will hold up as well as my old one; only time will tell. I did love my previous hard & soft shell.
Durable and sleek
This bag is awesome, the combo of the hardshell back with the soft sided front is the best of both worlds. The material feels durable, the wheels roll so smoothly and it just overall looks sleek. Can't wait to take it on my upcoming trip to southern california.
