Finisterre  Firecrest Insulated Jacket - Women's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only worn it once due to the heatwave but I’m delighted with it, beautiful fabric and clean simple lines. Had my eye on it for a few months and finally couldn’t resist any longer. It is so light you can pack it down for convenience. It’s a perfect mix of casual but not specifically sportswear. Very pretty pale teal/sage colour!

It's perfect as an extra layer for chilly weather and also a light jacket for warm-ish weather. All the pockets are fantastic, especially when traveling, for keeping passport, phone and money safe It's a useful colour - seems to go well with everything. I've had many compliments about it. I had considered buying this for a while but wasn't sure about the cost; I reckon it has more than paid for itself in the last few weeks.I originally bought the 12 but it was too roomy, so got the 10 instead.

It’s so lightweight & squashable but also incredibly wind proof - fab for the Cornish Spring & Summer blustery days. It’s also fairly water repellent although not advertised as such . The double pockets are also great - no more accidentally pulling my sunglasses out with the dog poo bags!

It’s lightweight but still really warm, super comfortable, and perfect for everyday wear. The fit is great, the quality feels excellent, and the colour looks even better in person. It’s become one of those jackets I reach for all the time — easy to throw on with anything. Definitely recommend if you want something practical, stylish, and comfortable.

Oh my goodness, I don’t know why I waited so long, it is the best jacket ever! So light and comfortable to wear but warm as well. The colour is stunning, such a beautiful subtle green. I have worn it every day since it arrived, I am happy I finally went for it, it has been a great investment, I’m sure I’ll be wearing it for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Firecrest Jacket fits perfectly under both my Stormbird and Isla jackets so that I am warm whatever the weather. I'm looking forward to trying it out as a standalone jacket when the weather improves. Meanwhile, it is an easy wear layer that is comfortable without being bulky. The shop assistant recommended getting the version without the hood to make it easier when layering and she was so right - thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit wary if this jacket was warm or not as it is soo light. Well, believe me, it's really warm and cosy. Worn on the beach with the north sea gale blowing, I really didn't feel the wind through the jacket and I was as warm as toast. If your not sure whether to buy this or not, I would highly recommend it. Well done Finnistre you've surpassed yourself.

I really like the green colour of mine but would have ordered the brown if it had been available . It’s true to size and on the generous side so layers can be worn underneath .

Lovely quality, looks smart with various outfits and packs really well. The sleeves are quite long, should have perhaps gone for the Size 8 over size 10 as quite a relaxed fit, will easily fit over other layers without being too tight if its a little chillier
