Perfect Shoes
I love these shoes! They have good arch support and keep my feet warm. I can wear them in any kind of weather and for any kind of activity. To me, they are perfect!

comfortable and waterproof
I bought this to bring with me to Japan as I wanted a shoe to keep me warm and also are comfortable to withstand the daily 20K steps. They did hold up and was comfortable and kept my feet dry during the rains. I had wide feet too, and they were fine.
Comfort from day 1
I bought these on the same day we started a RV trip, which was full of hiking adventures. They were great right out of the box! They were comfortable and my feet felt secure for miles of hiking!
Walking and hiking
Perfect fit all around. Good arch support. I will be using them to travel which will include some hiking.
Narrow Toe Box
Bought a pair in December. Ordered online. Weather has kept me off of the trails a lot. Started having pain in the ball of my foot. Side of my foot when I took them off. Took a 2 mile walk on the trails 2 days ago. Was limping by the time I got back. Ive worn Keens for years. First time I've had a problem. For me, these are unwearable. Cute though
Amazingly comfortable
Love these shoes! Finally I can trek up, down, and around the dirt roads in the area without worrying about slip-sliding down. They also worked well on my recent trip to the ocean, where I was climbing over rocks at one of the the trails that ran alongside the water.
Zionic and Orthotic
I absolutely love this shoe and the orthotic. It is so comfortable and I don’t get any sand through the top when I walk. It’s a great product. Anxious to eve how it wears walking beach everyday. Thank you for this replacement.
Couldn't get sizing right
Unfortunately, had to return two sizes as I couldn't find one that would fit. Ordered online through REI website, an 11 and 12 women's. My toes touched the end of the 11 using the insole that came with it. In the 12, I replaced the insole with my custom orthotic which is fairly thick. 12s were HUGE. Couldn't tighten laces enough. Heal slip. Was hoping to try men's version in store as men's are usually a little wider than women's, and com in half sizes. Part 2 of this review has to do with Albany, NY store. Just make the footwear department a self serve. Girl was nice enough but brought what I asked for, then took off. Kept offering women's shoe selections and didn't seem to want to check men's stock for any gortex possibilities. She brought out shoes three times and it took about three times as long as it should have due to her disappearing after each time. And no, store was NOT busy, no other shoppers in shoes, very few in store. Have had this issue at this location before, trying to find employees ON THE FLOOR. This is an LP issue to (-former retail manager).
