I saw these shorts on the REI site in the outlet at a significant discount from MSRP. Ordered two pair. When they arrived I was so impressed I ordered another pair. They are light weight, breathable, fit perfectly. Most MTB shorts are S, M, L etc. These come in exact waist size plus a secure adjustment option so they stay in place. Very high quality workmanship should wear well for years.
I want to like these. The quality is nice and standing around they fit great. But while riding, they somehow constantly shift sideways. So much so that I get to the point of one leg so twisted its binding on my thigh. Stopping every 20 minutes to adjust your shorts isn't ideal. I'm not sure if its the chamois (tried several) I wear under, or something else but I cant get these to stay straight for more than 5min.
