Decent Optics for Price, Supposedly Great Warranty
I got this in March and it’s been a pretty decent scope! There’s a bit of color aberration on the edges or when up against light, but the clarity is good and the zoom is a game changer for IDing ducks and waterfowl from a distance. Low light is fantastic when at the lowest zoom. To me, seems like good optics for a decent price and low risk with the warranty and rain/wear and tear. My zoom has come… undone? Unsure if it’s defective or intentional, but it sorta unscrewed and became loose. I retightened it so will find out in the coming months if that’s intentional/fine. But it’s supposedly got a good warranty and purchasing at REI means I’m not too nervous if it does break.
