I like the concept of a pump with a digital gauge, it would be great to pump your tires and accurately measure air pressure with one tool. This is not that tool as if fails at both. The gauge is not accurate enough for me (in my test the pump showed 34psi when actual pressure was 30 psi). To get a reading you have to actually pump it but there isn't a release valve if you overinflate. However even though its labeled HV, it doesn't seem more air comes out of this than a $20 pump so a release value may be moot. The connection to the value stem screws on, I twisted my valve stem when unscrewing (tubeless). There is a recess to store the hose at the bottom, however the hose isn't long enough to reach it without stretching it past what feels reasonable. The pump is metal but it feels very cheap, when extended it's flimsy and feels like it will snap if your not careful. I did see some good reviews on this which really confuse me, there isn't a single feature on this pump I like other than it's better than using my mouth. At 120 this pump, even outside of the gauge issues, can't hold a light to a $20 Wal-Mart pump. Glad i bought it at REI this is one of the very few items purchased there I will be returning promptly.
